 The newly remodeled kitchen, with a separate breakfast eating area, features all of the creature comforts of home and more!  You will find refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, all kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware and a blender for those frozen drinks. 

 When you are not eating out at one of Sanibel's  restaurants you can enjoy a meal in the comfort of your own dining table. The table seats six and up to 8 with the extra leaves and is accompanied with a large buffet. You can order in or stop at Bailey's supermarket only a mile away where you can pick up fresh fish or a wide assortment of other items which can be cooked in the kitchen or on any of the complexes numerous public gas grills. 

 After dinner you can relax on the comfortable Florida style furniture and have a panoramic view through the wall-sized sliding glass doors or you can tune in to your favorite program on the cable TV/DVD. For extra space, the sofa also doubles as a queen sized “hide-a-bed”. 

 Retire for the evening in this spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and TV/DVD. The sliding doors lead to the balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. 

Renovated in late 2017, the master bathroom offers duel sinks, walk in shower and ample closet space.

 At night you can put the kids to sleep in this guest bedroom containing one full size bed and one twin size bed, including its own TV/DVD and full bathroom.
